CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

Rental information for LFA Clubhouse located at 424 Frenchtown Road is available from Michelle Barnes (203)371-7671

SWIMMING

Swimming is  currently permitted in the lake by members or their guests.  Please continue to observe social distancing rules, and remember that the beach does not have a lifeguard at this time.  

MEMBERSHIP DUES

2025 Membership Dues will be considered late after April 5th and must include a 15% late fee.

BOAT STICKERS

All boats, kayaks, canoes (exception: paddle boards) are required to have 2023 Boat Stickers - $5.00 per watercraft

FLOATING DOCKS/FIXED DOCKS

Any dock (floating or fixed) needs to be approved by the LFA Board of Directors BEFORE the start of any construction or installation.

LFA BOAT DOCKS

Arrangements for the opening the large gate near the docks to launch a boat will be announced in the spring.
